Premier Sports Productions has alot of good things ahead in USSSA 2010 Fastpitch to help improve your team's skills and level of competition.  As a USSSA affiliate, we hope to become your team's fastpitch sanction of choice and hope to serve you with top notch tournaments in some of the best sports complexes.  If you are looking to play in several Premier Sports Productions sponsored tournaments, please consider taking advantage of our "5 for 5" discount.  This allows you to play in any 5 tournaments (excluding NIT, State, and World Series) for $500 (payment in full must be received by March 6, 2010).  For more information, please contact Tina Taylor at 423-914-7581 or email www.fastpitch@tnusssa.com.  USSSA is becoming one of the largest fastpitch sanctions in the nation and we look forward to helping grow fastpitch in our area and to being well represented at all 3 World Series!!  A quick glance at what we are offering in 2010 is as follows:

USSSA PRIDE CLINICS

USSSA Pride

Premier Sports Productions will be hosting three USSSA Pride Softball Clinics on the following dates:  

  • April 3rd - Pigeon Forge City Park
  • July 20th - Knoxville, TN
  • Sept 24th - Gallatin, Tn

These clinics will be instructed by USSSA Pride Professional softball players and coaches.  Cost per player is $125 with each player recieving 6 hours of hands on instruction, camp tshirt, drawstring sack pack, autographs with the pride players in attendance, and certified trainers. The clinic hours will run from 11am-5pm, concessions will be on hand.  As an added bonus, any team who brings a minimum of 6 players from their roster will also receive a half price tournament entry to one of the Premier Sports Productions future tournaments of their choice.  I will be sending our more information on this in a separate email.  You will soon be able to check updates for this clinic at www.usssaprideclinics.com or for more information contact myself at 423-914-7581 or Brian Malone at 423-335-2221.

USSSA WORLD SERIES!!!

If your team is looking to play in the 2010 USSSA World Series, please let us know ASAP so that we can start helping you ensure you have all that you need to get there (info, qualifications, etc)!!  We have alot of strong teams in our area and would like to be well represented this year.  Participating in the World Series is an event your team will remember for a lifetime!  It's an amazing experience and will be well worth all your efforts to get you to the Road to Orlando!!  To qualify to play in the World Series, you must play in a state qualifying tournament and then play in your state tournament.  

 The dates/locations are as follows:

  • All Ages (Class C) July 21-25 in Knoxville, TN
  • 16U-18U (Class A and B) July 18-24 @ Disney
  • 8U-14U (Class A and B) July 24-31 @ Disney

SANCTIONING
Coaches please remember to sanction your team before your first USSSA game.  Your roster must be online by the first pitch of your first game.  You are subject to forfiet your games if your roster is not online.  Please visit USSSA to sanction your team and post your roster. 

Brackets are drawn up and posted Wednesday/Thursday before the tournament.


RAINOUT POLICY
 

rainout policy

the park and tournament director makes the decision on when we play when weather comes into play

the tournament must follow the direction of the park 

if all games are rained out the teams entry fee will be returned minus $25 administrative fee.

If a team plays one game 60% of the entry fee will be returned for a 4 game min 40% for a 3 game min

if a team plays two games 40% of the entry fee will be returned for a 4 game min No entry will be returned for a 3 game min   

3 games play no entry fee will be returned. 

no trophies will be given for refunded rainouts, if no refund then trophies can be awarded.

tournament passes will not have a refund for any reason
